The Adizes Academy of Management presents “Mastering Change”
June 29, 30 and July 1
The Adizes Academy of Management will sponsor an introduction to Adizes, “Mastering Change,” seminar. This seminar is open to the public and will cover many of the Basic Conceptual Foundations of the Adizes Methodology. This two and a half day seminar will answer the questions:
What are problems? What causes problems? How can we predict problems before they arise? What is management? What is the relationship between change and conflict? What are the sources of conflict? What makes conflict destructive? How can we make conflict constructive? What is the secret to success? And How does the Adizes methodology for organizational transformation work?
For individuals new to Adizes, it is recommended that you attend this seminar before the convention.

In this in-depth engagement, Dr. Adizes will present his latest book, “How to Manage in Times of Crisis.” Using Adizes tools, he will examine the causes of “crisis,” and what can be done to identify potential crises before they arise. Dr. Adizes will also show how the “popular,” out dated management models played a part in creating the current crisis and he will present an alternative management model for a new era of business.

Adizes practitioners coming from different countries, working with diverse clients in a variety of industries come together to support each other in their trade. How the Adizes methodology is being applied, sold and delivered are discussed. The colloquia are lead by senior associates but all questions and discussion topics are welcome. Due to confidentiality agreements between Adizes practitioners and their clients admittance to the colloquia is limited to Qualified and Certified Associates and Change Leaders.
