As an Adizes Associate, Mr. Shridhar Thoda delivers Adizes methodology based learning and development programs to various organizations. He partners and assists other Adizes Associates in Change and Transformational Programs deployed by the Adizes Institute.
Mr. Shridhar combines rich experience of twenty-two years in diverse roles such as a Corporate Finance Controller, an Investment Banker, a Wealth Management expert and visiting faculty at Business Schools. Before joining the Adizes Institute, Mr. Thoda was responsible for sourcing and execution of Investment Banking mandates from companies at various stages of the lifecycle.
As an Investment Banker he has hands-on experience in handling various capital markets, equity syndications, debt raisings, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, valuations and due diligence. The company he worked for also provided services of a virtual CFO to midsize companies. A good part of his work involved advising closely held companies in preparing their organizations for equity infusion, mainly through the Private Equity route. Typically, this involved creating managerial processes, organization structures and developing a credible mission action plan that could be represented to PE Investors.
His passion for teaching led him to become a regular Lecturer at premier Business Schools of India. Banking on his professional experience, he enjoys teaching a variety of subjects such as General Management, Advanced Financial Management, Capital Markets and Values in Business.
As a spiritual person, he has conducted several workshops on Self-Management and Leadership for students and corporate executives. His experience in the Financial Services industry is reinforced by his work in Manufacturing. He was part of the Corporate Finance team at the Dilip Piramal Group (VIP Industries). Mr. Thoda holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and a bachelor degree in Commerce and Economics.
He is married and resides in Mumbai with two daughters. His interests include meditation, swimming, trekking and reading.
