Shoham Adizes is an experienced business leader who has served as the President and Director of Training and Certification for the Adizes Institute. He began his journey at the Adizes Institute at a young age, working closely with Dr. Ichak Adizes, the CEO and Founder. This early exposure provided Shoham with an in-depth understanding of the Adizes Methodology.
In 2003, Shoham embarked on a new venture, founding Energy Reclaim. This startup, in partnership with the California Public Utility Commission Rebate Program, offered energy-saving devices to high electricity consumers. This entrepreneurial journey not only gave him valuable insights into managing a business through various corporate lifecycle stages but also allowed him to apply the Adizes Methodology in a practical, real-world setting. Equipped with this unique blend of practical experience and deep theoretical understanding, Shoham returned to the Institute in 2007.
Shoham's impact on the Adizes Institute has been significant. He has been instrumental in the growth of the Institute, with a focus on the recruitment, training, and development of Adizes Institute offices worldwide. His contributions extend beyond the Institute's operations, as he has authored numerous articles and papers on management and designed many of the Institute's training programs. In 2014, he further solidified his position as a thought leader with the publication of the book "Empowering Meetings: A How-to Guide for Any Organization," which introduces the Adizes Methodology approach to running effective meetings.
With a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and studies at Oxford University, Shoham regularly presents advanced Adizes Methodology concepts to executives and CEOs globally. He continues to provide organizational transformation services to major for-profit and non-profit organizations. Shoham resides in Santa Barbara, California.
